From January 1st–14th, we’ll gather every evening for 30 minutes of meditation, grounding, and gentle presence. This is your nightly reset — a space to show up, breathe, and be supported.

This isn’t a high-pressure “challenge.”
Some people thrive on the consistency of showing up every day.
Some people just want a soft, supportive space to land.
This series holds space for both.

Here’s how to get the most out of it:

  • Meditate in whatever style works best for you: breathwork, mantra, visualization, silence, lying down, or even tea meditation.

  • Find a quiet spot, get comfy, and arrive exactly as you are.

  • The intention is simple: show up, be present, and let these 14 days gently reset your energy for 2026.
